Career Learning - Motorsport Industry
Step beyond the classroom with our Career Learning Motorsport industry course, designed for curious and ambitious young people who are ready to explore real career pathways in the world of Motorsport.

Our Programme
Step beyond the classroom with our Career Learning Motorsport Industry residential course, designed for curious and ambitious young people who are ready to explore real career pathways in the world of Motorsport.
This immersive programme offers an in-depth look at the Motorsport industry and its wide range of professional opportunities. From F1 driver fitness and nutrition, brand marketing and sponsorship to technology in motorsport and sustainable engineering, students gain insight into how the industry works and how they might one day work in it. The course features daily workshops led by industry professionals, off-site visits, including a Motorsport team HQ, and to a F1 simulator. The practical task throughout the course, in groups, is to design and engineer a prototype car, with the help of industry experts.
Based on a 1-week programme
Sunday:
Arrival, transfer and welcome party.
Monday - Friday:
Students take part in morning and afternoon workshops covering various Motorsport industry topics. Mornings focus on learning from the industry experts and the afternoon is focused on putting that learning into practice with the design and build of a prototype car.
Wednesday:
An off-site excursion to a Motorsport team HQ

- Integration with English students in all sessions and social activities
- Organised evening activities supported by our pastoral care team.
The course is open to English speaking children so you will be mixing with UK based students during your stay.
Our programmes are designed for young people who want more than just a holiday...they want to grow, train and achieve. Led by expert coaches and tutors, including current and former professionals, each course provides high-level, structured coaching that supports real development and progression in the chosen sport or activity.
Integrate with English Children:
What makes our programmes truly unique is their inclusive, integrated environment. All courses are open to both international and UK-based students, creating a diverse and dynamic atmosphere where young people train side by side, learn from one another, and form lasting connections, giving everyone the opportunity to share experiences and develop together.
Learn English Through Sport and Leadership Theory:
Our theory and leadership sessions take the place of traditional English language classes during each week day morning, offering an immersive English language experience.
Mix and Match your Programmes:
Our programmes are delivered as 6 and 13-night stays. We also offer a flexible experience for students where they can choose to take part in different courses on each week of their stay.
Oundle School
Oundle School is a co-educational independent school situated in the market town of Oundle in Northamptonshire and is the third largest boarding school in England.
Oundle School has long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding and host fantastic sport, music and residential facilities.
Oundle is only eight miles from the A1 and five miles from the A14, making it easily accessible from all of the UK road networks.

For Students
If you are now getting close to thinking what you want to do beyond school, perhaps you’re looking at a further education course, an apprenticeship, an intern position or maybe all of these.
This is where Career Learning comes in.
You’ll learn not just through lectures but via practical workshops and tasks, with off site visits to the workplace. You’ll be learning about different jobs, the education courses needed, whilst getting some valuable work experience and networking opportunities. It’ll also look great on your CV and UCAS application.
With just 25 places on each course we can place students with our partners for work experience opportunities once they have completed the programme
For Parents
Students will stay in single occupancy or dormitory accommodation with separated male and female areas. Requests can be made by friends so they can share dormitories.
In addition to the course leaders, we have a male and female pastoral care team staying on site for the duration of the course.
During the course students will have the opportunity to use the gym and swimming pool facilities at the start and end of each day.
We cater for all dietary requirements and 3 buffet meals will be served each day.
We invite parents and guardians to attend the end of week awards ceremony on Friday afternoon where you’ll get to see what your child has achieved throughout the week.
